DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS to Lake Forest Subdivision and Red Bay Cove
From the Intersection of Hwy 119 and County Rd 26 (also known as Kent Dairy Road), turn on west 26 and proceed 2.1 miles to the entrance of Lake Forest subdivision. From County Road 17 turn on east on 26 and proceed about one tenth of a mile to the entrance.

After turning into Lake Forest, proceed to the second (2nd) STOP sign. This is the intersection of Lake Forest Way and Scenic Lake Drive. Turn left on Scenic Lake Drive and proceed to the dead end that intersects with Red Bay Drive, turn right on Red Bay Drive and proceed to Red Bay Trail. Turn left on Red Bay Trail. Red Bay Trail will dead end at Red Bay Cove. You will see the houses and lots in the auction. Watch for auction arrows and signs.
